The curved tricep rod from HAMMER is made of chrome-plated solid material and has a swivel joint that allows it to be hooked onto all HAMMER strength-training stations. Large parts of the tricep rod are also roughened; this allows different grips for an effective tricep, shoulder, and back workout.
