50 mm - disc holder

Like the classic Olympic barbell bar, the SZ bar also has a 50 mm disc holder and is therefore compatible with weight plates with a 50 mm hole diameter. If you already own an Olympic barbell, you can use the same weights for the SZ bar and change them easily during your workouts.

Smooth barbell movement

In addition to the shape of the bar, the premium ball bearings of the disc holders ensure a smooth training experience. This limits the rotational force on the barbell and thus on your joints and allows you to guide the barbell smoother and smoother.
